There are user needs and business needs, and I enjoy removing blockers to both. I'm an effective instrument in this way because I realize that good problem-solving starts with looking inward and finding connections between ideas, goals, and the experiences of others.

Knowing how to make every interaction valuable is the special sauce in my design process. I'm a user advocate with a high-level of emotional intelligence who is equal parts business designer. In an alternate universe, I'm a teacher that delivers information in an absorbable way, invoking passion in my students.
